Hauser's varsity boys cross country team took 7th place at Saturday's Whiteland Invitational, while the varsity girls and middle school boys placed 9th.

David Seelye paced Hauser's high school boys with a time of 17:37.2, placing 14th. Ryan Ault took 27th (18:20.4), while Jordan Johnson finished 33rd (18:29.4). Brock Thalls was 57th (20:33.1), Sam Robinson 63rd (21:25.9), and Noah Benge 69th (26:32.6).

Tammy Essex (23:32.5) and Lauryn Starnes (23:41.2) led the girls team with 37th and 38th place finishes. Leah Joyce came in 58th (27:19.7), and Hae-Leigh Washburn 59th (27:37.8). Kristin Keith finished in 62nd place (30:04.1).

The middle school boys were led by a 5th place finish by Collin Ault, who ran the 3000 meter race in 11:21.9. Noah Estes took 44th place (12:07.4), Alex Bower 76th (12:51.2), Colin Ault 88th (13:00.0), Sam Estes 92nd (13:06.3), Carter Scott 106th (13:58.0), and Cameron Toole 124th (15:59.1). Aiden Cheshire finished 125th (16:08.1), Colin Kistler 126th (16:10.6), and Holden Pittman 128th (16:34.4).

The Hauser teams compete again Saturday in the Mid-Hoosier Conference Meet at Blue River Park in Shelbyville.
