The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission has moved back several deadlines for a proposed rate hike by the Eastern Bartholomew Water Corp.
Hope Utilities buys its water from Eastern Bartholomew, meaning a rate hike would also affect Hope residents. The not-for-profit water company serves about 5,200 customers in Bartholomew, Decatur and Jennings counties.
