The Yellow Trail Museum would like to invite families to attend some very special activities on Saturday, Oct. 7th.
First is our next Saturday Sampler at the Yellow Trail Museum at 10 a.m. that day as Adam Rediker from the Bartholomew County Historical Society shares with us some Weird and Wacky Facts from our county history. There will be some science experiments along with the interesting facts, and of course we will all enjoy a quick snack.
This program is free and is geared toward school-aged kids and their families. Some preschoolers might find it interesting, too if they are good listeners.
That same day, Utopia Wildlife Rehabilitators located at 18300 E. County Road 200N will offer a free open house for families at 1 p.m. as a birthday celebration for themselves as they share animals and lots of information about wildlife with those who attend this free event at their center near Newbern just off State Road 46.
This program is for people of all ages.
Both events promise to be fun as well as educational. Questions can be asked by calling 812-371-7969 for the Yellow Trail program or 812-546-6318 for Utopia.
