Future Jets John Baute Memorial Scholarship

Please return completed application to the guidance office by February 4, 2023.  One boy and one girl will be chose to receive a $500.00 scholarship.  Scholarship awards will be based on the following criteria:

1.  Must be attending a two year or four year program.

2.  Must have participated in the Future Jets Basketball program.

3.  Must be graduating from Hauser High School.
