At the 9 a.m. worship service Sunday, the Rev. Stormy Scherer-Berry will deliver the message, "Freedom to Follow," based on scripture from John 21 which invites us to leave aside our hesitations and claim our discipleship.

The choir will share special music, directed by Kathy Bush and accompanied by Chris Kimerling. Teresa Covert will give the children's sermon. A time of fellowship will follow the service.

The United Methodist Men's group will meet at 7:15 a.m. Sunday morning, prior to worship. President Don Harris will lead the business meeting and Larry Nolting will lead the book study, "Chicken Soup for the Soul - Stories of Faith."

The Baker's Dozen study group will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday at the home of Larry and Connie Nolting. The Journey study class also meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the home of Chris Kimerling. New members are always welcome to both classes.

The Sit and Stitch group will meet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., also at the Nolting home.

Choir practice is at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church, and the Prayer group will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the church.
