The Rev. Stormy Scherer-Berry will deliver her message, "Embody Beatitude Living," on Sunday morning, Feb. 2nd at the 9 a.m. worship service at Petersville United Methodist Church.

Scriptures from Matthew 5 will be given by the liturgist, and the emphasis for the day will center on the question, "What difference would it make to embody a love for justice and kindness in our everyday lives?" Teresa Covert will present the children's sermon. Holy Communion will be offered during the service.

A time of fellowship will follow the worship service.

At 7:15 a.m. Sunday, the United Methodist Men's group will meet in the fellowship hall. Don Harris will conduct the business meeting and Larry Nolting will lead the book study.

The Monday night Bible study groups will meet at 6:30 p.m. with Baker's Dozen meeting at the home of Larry and Connie Nolting, and The Journey meeting at the home of Chris Kimerling.

"Sit and Stitch" will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday night, also at the Nolting home.

Prayer Time, led by Barb Hedrick, will take place at 10 a.m. on Thursday morning at the church.
