Hope United Methodist Church news for Dec. 8th

On the Second Sunday of Advent, the Sunday of Peace, John and Sandy Griner led the Lighting of the Peace Candle.

Pastor Warren's message was based on the Scripture Lesson from Philippians 1:3-11 and the Gospel Lesson from Luke 1:68-79.

Holy Communion was celebrated, and the UMW Cookie Walk was held in Wesley Center.

Thanks to all who attended the Christ Giving Service last Sunday, especially Kayla, who gave her testimony.
