Bicentennial torch run set to pass through Hartsville

On Sunday Sept. 18th, the bicentennial torch will be carried from the Decatur County line through Hartsville and on to Columbus on its journey through all 92 counties.
Torchbearers from the Hartsville and Hope area will carry the torch on the leg of the journey through northeastern Bartholomew County with a bicentennial celebration including historical exhibits, children's activities, food, and fun being planned in Hartsville.
