Dorothy M. "Dottie" Ridner, 85 of Hartsville

Before retirement, she had been employed by Randalls in Greensburg as a factory worker.
She was a member of St. Louis Crossing Baptist Church, Royal Neighbors of America and a former member of Eastern Star. She enjoyed her flowers and gardening, fishing and just being outdoors.
The funeral will be Thursday, Feb. 19th at 2 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Rev. Mike Millinox officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Old Union Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be donated to the Hartsville Fire Department through the funeral home.
Born June 18th, 1929 in Hartsville, Dottie was the daughter of Nolan and Blanche White Sneed. She married Ernie Ridner in 1986 and he survives.
Other survivors include; children, Linden L. Black of Wetmore, MI and Sharon K. Clark of Trafalgar, IN; stepchildren, Deborah (Gary) Giesting of Martinsville,IN, Sandy Marquardt of Pierceville, IN, Rick Ridner of Sunman, IN, Randy Ridner of Rising Sun, IN, Kevin (Sandy) Ridner of Dillsboro,IN and Robert Ridner of Sunman, IN; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; a brother. Jean (Ethel) Sneed of Hope, IN.
Dottie was preceded in death by; her parents, a son, Denny K. Black; a grandson, Dana L. Clark; a brother, Jack Sneed and sisters, Lorene Spencer and Ruth Ann Tindle.[[In-content Ad]]
