Freemason informational meeting set for Tuesday

By From Gary Misner-

Indiana is celebrating its Bicentennial year in 2016, but Indiana Freemasons will be celebrating their Grand Lodge of Indiana's 200-year anniversary in 2018.

Freemasons in Indiana are planning special events to mark this event. Freemasonry has existed in Hope since Hope Lodge #150 was chartered in 1853.

To kick off the celebration at Hope we will be hosting a presentation on Freemasonry in Indiana on Tuesday April 26, 2016 at 7 p.m.

The presentation will cover how Freemasonry has changed and evolved in the 200 years of our grand lodge.

This will be an informational presentation with discussion of the early years of life in Indiana and how Freemasonry has evolved in our state.

If you are interested in history or just want to learn more about Freemasonry join us for an informational evening.

The Public is invited to attend, Light Snacks will be served.

Hope Masonic Lodge is located across from Hauser High School on State Road 9.
