Hauser baseball splits games in Ohio

The Hauser Baseball team traveled to Cincinnati to play Western Hills High School, Coach Jerry Schoen's alma mater, and Lawrenceburg..

Hauser took game one against Western Hills with a score of 3-1. Senior Rory Thayer got the win allowing only 3 hits and striking out 9. Junior Will Rose came in the 7th to close the game and pick up the save.

The Jets fell in the second game to Lawrenceburg with a score of 2-0. Senior Brooks Bailey went the distance on the mound, but the Jets just couldn't get the offense going. Junior Will Rose collected both of the Hauser hits, going 2-3 at the plate.

The Jets are now 6-2 and their next game is this Tuesday, April 21st at home against Greensburg at 5pm.
