Hauser finishes strong at MHC meet

In the high school boys race, David Seelye was the individual runner-up behind Waldron's Jacob James, with a time of 18:04.7. Ryan Ault finished 5th (18:41.4), Jordan Johnson 10th (18:55.0), Brock Thalls 16th (20:31.5), Sam Robinson 28th (21:57.6), and Noah Benge 36th (24:00.3).
Team Scores: 1. Waldron 28; 2. Hauser 61; 3. South Decatur 87; 4. Southwestern 98; 5. Morristown 102; 6. North Decatur 112
Tammy Essex (24:06.5) and Lauryn Starnes (24:11.1) led the girls team with 8th and 9th place finishes. Hae-Leigh Washburn (29:01.7) and Leah Joyce (29:12.2) went 20st and 21st, while Kristin Keith (32.32.6) finished 28th.

Seelye, Ault, Johnson, Essex, and Starnes all earned All-Conference honors.
Tanner Ault (11:26.2) and Noah Estes (11:34.1) took 2nd and 3rd in the junior high race. Alex Bower was 9th (12:07.6), Sam Estes 20th (13:05.8), Collin Ault 23rd (13:17.6), and Carter Scott 25th (13:07.1). Cameron Toole took 33rd (14:44.7), Colin Kistler 38th (15:24.3), and Aden Cheshire 48th (16:59.7).
