Hearing loss seminar set for Dec. 15th

Columbus Regional Health will host a free Lunch 'n Learn seminar on hearing loss prevention and education at WellConnect in downtown Columbus. The free event, which includes a complimentary lunch, will run from Noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 15th at the center.
Laura M Burger, AuD, Doctor of Audiology, will present "It's a Noisy World: Survival Guide for Your Ears," which will cover the variety of ways hearing can be affected by everyday and work-related noise, the safe volume levels and length of time that should be practiced when exposed to noise, as well as types of noise protection depending on the noise or activity. Registration is required.
WellConnect is at the corner of 3rd and Washington Streets in Columbus, across from the Bartholomew County Courthouse.
