Helen L. Hendrickson, 79, of Hope

Helen L. Hendrickson, 79, of Hope, died Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Miller's Merry Manor.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hope. Helen loved to embroidery, being outdoors, and was a true Elvis fan. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Born on Oct. 29, 1937 in Columbus, Helen was the daughter of Ebert and Hazel Campbell Hendrickson.

Survivors include aunts, Mary Scheidt and Sally Campbell, both of Columbus; niece, Julie (Brad Fouch) Zollman of Columbus; nephews, Ronald Zollman of Hope and Kyle (Lisa) Zollman of Columbus; great-nieces, Jessica (Josh) Bean of Clifford and Tiffany (Josh) McKnight of Plainfield; great-nephew, Justin (Jodi) Zollman of Hope; two great-great nephews; one great-great niece; and companion, Glen Olmstead of Hope.

Helen is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Alice Zollman; and her great-nephew, Matthew Zollman.

The funeral was Saturday, June 24th, 2017 at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Pastor Mark Walker officiating. Visitation was Friday, June 23rd, from 4 to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
