Herbert Harrison Ramsey, 63, of Greensburg
He was a retired transmission specialist.
He had a love for building sandrails, was great at woodworking and loved to work in his barn and be outdoors.
Born October 3, 1952 in Wayne County, Ky., Herbert was the son of Herb Ramsey and Gladys Bell Leuellen. He married Tina Todd April 10, 1982 and she survives.
Survivors include; a son, Herb Ramsey of Butlerville; goddaughters, Heather (Jesse) Bernard of Georgia, Jamie (Casper) Wilmer of Hartsville and Keri (Jesse) Bray of Kentucky; 2 grandchildren; siblings, David Ramsey of Paris Crossing, Robert "Bobby" Ramsey of Milford, Judith (Ronnie) Staggs of Decatur Co., Darlene (Jim) Heslop of Hope, Patricia (Ron) Hendershot of Hartsville, Sheila Caldwell of Hope, Sherry Caldwell of Hope, Pam (Joe) Mobley of Hartsville, Becky (Jim) Bush of Hartsville and Peggy Leuellen of Milford; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Cremation is planned and there will be a memorial service at a later date at The Barn. Arrangements were made by Norman Funeral Home in Hope.
Memorial contributions may be donated to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the donor's choice of charity.
Herbert was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Kenneth Ramsey.[[In-content Ad]]
