By From Carrie Harris-

The Hauser Historian Club held its first meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 10th at the Yellow Trail Museum.

There were 22 students in attendance including 21 from Hauser Jr. High and 1 from Hope Elementary. The club has received permission from the Yellow Trail Museum's Board of Directors to hold some of their meetings at the museum to help work on projects including: decorating the window front for Heritage Days, scanning and digitizing historic photographs and documents, and writing scripts for 1st person characters for the upcoming A Night at the Museum. This event is hosted by the Yellow Trail Museum as part of Hope Haunted Hallows and will take place on Saturday, Oct. 24th.

The Hauser History Club will normally meet each Wednesday from 3:15-4:45. However, the next meeting will take place on Thursday, September 17.[[In-content Ad]]
