The governing body named above will conduct an executive session pursuant of Indiana's Open Meetings Law (IC5-14-1.5-6) for the following reasons:
For discussion of strategy with respect to Initiation of litigation or litigation, which is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction:
(A) To receive information concerning the individual's alleged misconduct.
