Hope United Methodist Church news for April 4th

By From Carol Gardner-

On the 2nd Sunday of Easter, April 3, we celebrated Holy Communion.

Pastor Warren's sermon was based on John 20:19-31, which tells of Thomas, the disciple who would not believe the Lord had risen until he actually saw his wounds. Jesus told him, "you believe because you have seen me, but blessed are those who have not seen me, and believe anyway."

Thanks to those who have committed to make the Good News Club a success!

Pastor Warren and Helen will be on vacation April 5 thru April 20. David Webster will present the message on April 10, and on April 17, Patrick and Jessica Alyea will present the message with special music.
