Job fairs scheduled for early March

Ivy Tech Community College Columbus, Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus, the Purdue University College of Technology and WorkOne are hosting two job fairs during the first week of March.

The first will be held from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., March 3rd in the Columbus Learning Center, 4555 Central Ave. in Columbus.

It will focus on general part-time and full-time positions, including sales managers, internships, direct support professionals, team leaders, administrative assistants, machine operators, welders, direct care professionals, museum assistants, clerical assistants and case workers.

The second job fair is scheduled for March 4th and will be held in the Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence, 4444 Kelly St. in Columbus.

The first period, from 3 until 4 p.m., is focused on military personnel only; the second period, from 4 until 6 p.m., is focused on all interested individuals. This job fair will emphasize positions in the fields of engineering, science, manufacturing, and technology.
