Kathy Berkenstock, 64, Elizabethtown

She had been employed at Columbus Regional Hospital as a registered nurse in the Endoscopy Center.
A member of Waynesburg Christian Church, she enjoyed quilting, watching hummingbirds, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service Saturday, June 20, at noon at Waynesburg
Christian Church officiated by David Burnett. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Funeral arrangements were made by Norman Funeral Home in Hope.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the American Cancer Society.
Born Oct. 3rd, 1950, in Garden City, KS, Kathy was the daughter of Elihu and Maureen Quinn Bevill. She marrried Geri Berkenstock Aug. 1st, 1972, and he survives.
Other survivors include a son, Ivan (Dawn) Berkenstock of Bloomington; a daughter, Traci (Chad) Kroger of Westport; grandchildren, Carl and Nathan Kroger of Westport and Anelise and Elena Berkenstock of Bloomington; brothers, Mike Bevill of Jacksonville, AR, Pat (Terrie) Bevill of Houston, TX, and Ken (Lisa) Bevill of Camden, AR.
