Patricia Ann Leffler Carman, 78, Columbus

She had sold Sarah Coventry for years and had worked at Mills Pharmacy and Clouses along with many other occupations through the years.
She was of strong Christian faith. She had been a member of Hope Royal Neighbors, a Hope Bowling League, Hauser Adult Booster Club and Hauser Alumni.
She enjoyed shopping for antiques, reading, flower gardening and loved watching movies.
The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery, west of Clifford.

Born March 18, 1937, in Monticello, IN, Pat was the daughter of Edgar and Vessie Hayden Leffler. She married Gerald Carman September 24, 1955 and he preceded her in death April 1, 2006.
Pat is survived by children, Terri McNicholas of Columbus, Kim Carman of Edinburgh, Keith (Jenni) Carman of Zionsville, Brian (Brenda) Carman of Columbus and Barb Carman of Mexico; grandchildren, Aaron and Abram Carman, Arica Carman Bailey and Keeton, Kollin and Quincy Carman; great grandchildren, Hayden Stoddard, Beau and Hope Bailey, Grady Carman and Isaiah Carman; siblings, Phyllis Hall of Moscow, IN, Anna Schuck of Fishers, IN, Clara (Wayne) Warren of Missouri, Sharon (Paul) Hathaway of North Carolina, Bill Leffler of San Diego, Katie Shepherd of North Vernon and Donnie Leffler of Indianapolis and Ellen Daniels of Shelbyville.
