Seniors shine as Jets defeat Southwestern

Senior Rory Thayer took to the mound and pitched a complete game with six strikeouts. Thayer also contributed at the plate with a bases loaded base clearing triple in the third inning.
Senior Brooks Bailey led the Jets at the plate with a 3-3 performance with two doubles. Senior Dalton McKinney drove in two RBI's, a sac fly in the 1st and a fielder choice in the 5th. Senior Isaiah Martin hit a single in the bottom of the fifth to drive in the decisive run, putting the Jets up 10 (14-4) and winning the game in five innings.
Hauser's next game is Thursday @ North Decatur. This is a rain make up game. The previously scheduled game for this date against Edinburgh has been canceled and will not be made up.
