Theater group to present Mitch Albom play
Albom is the author of "Tuesdays with Morrie" and "The 5 People You Meet in Heaven." "And the Winner is..." is a comedy about a self-absorbed actor who is nominated for an Oscar, but dies the night before the awards show. The play will be directed by Pete Law and produced by Naomi Fleetwood-Pyle.
Performances will be on Feb. 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14 at WILLow LeaVes of Hope on the north side of the Hope Town Square. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., dinner is at 6 p.m. and the play begins at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $25 a person and include dinner.
