Tickets available for volleyball championship; Other details for Saturday

Hauser High School will be selling tickets for the state volleyball championships today, Thursday and Friday.

Tickets will be $12 for the 11:07 a.m. game at Worthen Arena on the Ball State University campus in Muncie.

The school has released more details about the game, parking and seating from the Indiana High School Athletic Association.

All seats are general admission. No ticket is required if a child is 5 or younger. Gate 1 at the arena will serve as the general public entrance.

Doors open for spectators at 9:30 a.m.

Spectator and fan bus parking is available north of Worthen Arena for $5.

The IHSAA reports that all championship matches will be televised live throughout the state on the IHSAA Champions Television Network.

The day's schedule for the Class 1A Championship:

  • 10 a.m. Competitive floor available for team warm-up

  • 10:39 a.m. Officials, Captains, and Coaches meeting

  • 10:45 a.m. Visitor warm-up

  • 10:53 a.m. Home warm-up

  • 11:01 a.m. Color Guard, National Anthem

  • 11:04 a.m. Team Introductions

  • 11:07 a.m. Start of the match

    Awards will be made after the matches including:

    1) Mental Attitude Award.

    2) Runner-up team Individual medals.

    3) Runner-up Team Trophy & Game Ball.

    4) Championship Team Individual medals.
