Yellow Trail to hold Fishel Farms program Tuesday

By From Barb Johnson-

The Yellow Trail Museum will be hosting a program/discussion group about the Fishel Farms (Fishelton and Fisheldotte) from Hope's Past.

A local antique collector, Elaine Allman, will come to the museum to share her collection of pictures and memorabilia about Fishels' White Rock Chickens and Show Dogs. She is interested in learning from the group as much as sharing what she knows.

This gathering is free of charge and will be held at the Yellow Trail Museum on Main Street in Hope on the northwest corner of the square. The program will start at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9th.

Anyone interested is welcome to attend and if you have some Fishel items, please bring them along to share.

For more information call Barb Johnson at 812-371-7969.

Note: This is not a program geared toward children. The museum will offer other programs for kids at later dates.[[In-content Ad]]
