Hope firefighters hosting community day Saturday

The Hope Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting a Community Day from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 21st at the station on Aiken Street.

There will be a touch-a-truck area with fire trucks and police cars. There will also be a bounce house set up for the kids. A dunk tank will offer a chance to soak Fire Chief Chad Emmitt, Hope Town Marshal Matt Tallent and Town Manager J.T. Doane. 

Hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn and drinks will be available.

The event is free however donations will be accepted.
