Hope man accused of child molesting

Late Saturday evening, troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Versailles responded to an alleged child molest complaint in Bartholomew County at the Ceraland Campgrounds.
Troopers arrived at the campgrounds and began their investigation and as details about the case emerged they contacted the Versailles State Police Post and requested a detective to respond to assist.
After officers completed their preliminary investigation at the campgrounds they arrested Larry Lee Scott, 72 years of age, from Hope, for Child Molestation, Child Exploitation, Vicarious Sexual Gratification, Child Solicitation, Sexual Battery and Possession of Paraphernalia. He was incarcerated at the Bartholomew County Jail.
The arrested was an employee at the campgrounds.
This investigation is ongoing with additional leads to investigate.
