The governing body named above will conduct an executive session pursuant of Indiana’s Open Meetings Law (IC5-14-1.5-6) for the following reason(s).

(A) To receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct.
(B) To discuss, prior to any determination, that individual’s status as an employee,
Student or independent contractor who is a physician.
