Democratic candidates meet and greet

A meet and greet event with Bartholomew County Council candidate Hanna Omar will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday morning, Sept. 8th at the Hope Volunteer Fire Department station.

The event, organized by Nellie Meek, Pam May and Pat May, will feature Omar and other local candidates, running for election in the November general election. Coffee and donuts will be served.

The fire station is at 103 Aiken Street and the event will be 9 a.m. to noon.
