Dannielle Rose Fields, 22, of Flat Rock

Dannielle Rose Fields, 22, of Flat Rock passed away Wednesday February 13, 2019 at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Born November 15, 1996 in Columbus, she was the daughter of Amy Swinford and Nancy Beaty.

Dannielle was a member of Hope Moravian Church where she was in the youth group and did not miss going to church camp in the summer since she was in the second grade.

She was a member of Noble Merry Sewing 4-H Club and she enjoyed showing her horse and pig. She graduated from Waldron High school where she was in the high school choir.

Dannielle enjoyed theater, art , music and loved hanging out with her cousins and sitting on papaw’s lap. She traveled well and enjoyed her many trips to Walt Disney World and loved going on cruises.

Visitation for Dannielle will be Monday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Hope Moravian Church. The funeral will
follow the visitation at 6:00 p.m. on Monday and will be officiated by Pastor Andy Kilps. Burial will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Hope Moravian Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be donated to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital or the Make A Wish Foundation.

Dannielle is survived by her mothers, Amy and Nancy; grandmother, Barbara Swinford of Hope; brother, Kyle Fields; aunts and uncles, Tom and Joy Lux, Jan Rulon and Aaron and Jessyca Swinford; cousins, Eric Lux, Kathleen Rulon, LeAnn Lux, Benjamin Swinford, Karissa Rulon, Megan Swinford and Jonathan and Nicholas Noranbrock; her dog, Princess; her nurse for over 20 years, Tina Silva; other wonderful nurses over the years and her Dr. Tamara Iorio.

Dannielle was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Gerald Baker and Samuel Swinford.
