David E. Frazee, 72, of Edinburgh

David E. Frazee, 72, of Edinburgh passed away Sunday February 17, 2019 at 9 a.m. at his home.

He retired from Golden Castings and after retirement he was employed at Advance Auto and SBS Cleaning.

Born April 3, 1946 in Columbus, David was the son of Kenneth Lee and Mattie Lee Anderson Frazee. He married Anita A. Stapp March 22, 1975 and she survives.

Other survivors include sons, George (Jean) Frazee of Elizabethtown, David Adron “PeeWee” (Linda) Frazee of Columbus and Darryn (Tiffany) Frazee of Ninevah; grandchildren, Joshua Hoover, Travis Dickey, Destiny Jackson, Amber Frazee, Casey Morris, Ethan Morris, John Frazee, Kaydence Frazee, Matthew Tatum and Sean Rogers; siblings, Tom (Theresa) Frazee, Carolyn (Bob Gregory) Pike, Bruce (Pat) Daily, Glenda (Brad) Sowders, Herschel (Dee) Frazee, Nikki Frazee, Sharon (Kris) Gohn, Karen (Bryan) Brown, Tracy (Kevin) Robertson, Mark (Kelly) Frazee, Tina (Rick Aspen) Frazee and Bobby Jo Dolan; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

David’s funeral will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Glenn Poynter officiating. The visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.

David loved making people laugh, spending time with his family and dirt track racing.

Memorial contributions may be donated to Norman Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Mattie and Kenneth Frazee, his mother and father-in-law, Charlene and Dee Stapp, daughter, Amber Frazee, grandson, Kiegan Frazee; brothers, Steve Frazee and Gary Daily and nephews, David Wayne and Michael Webster.
