Groundhog Day festivities Saturday on Town Square
Groundhog Day festivities, along with Grubby, will return to the Hope Town Square Saturday morning.
The annual event, organized by Main Street of Hope, will start at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2nd. Utopia Wildlife Rehabilitators will bring their rescue groundhog to the event to try to predict the end of winter.
Hot drinks and other refreshments will be served after the event at WiLLow LeaVes of Hope. Hope Volunteer Fire Department will be having a pancake breakfast starting at 8:30 a.m. at the fire station on Aiken Street.
