Yellow Trail thanks volunteers for Christmas of Yesteryear success

The Yellow Trail Museum would like to thank all our volunteers who helped make Christmas of Yesteryear a big success this year.

We need to thank our characters during the trips into Hope's Past, the Norman Funeral Home for the use of the log cabin, those who helped with cookie decorating and crafts at the museum, all those who donated items for our huge bake sale or who worked at the bake sale, Sweet Chiropractic for providing space for Santa to visit with over 100 children, the Hope First Baptist Church for the lovely Live Nativity, and the great entertainment by the strolling carolers and Arnold and Maddie Ellison.

A special thanks to all the merchants who stayed open late on Friday Night and who welcomed guests into their shops and even provided refreshments. And a big thanks to the Hope Volunteer Fire Department who provided a ride for Santa and who served hot dogs and popcorn for our hungry visitors. It took many people to make that evening work, and even if your name has been left out of this list, please know we appreciate all you did to help.
