Winner chosen in Deck the Town light competition

The Griffin Family at 1607 Manor Dr. in Liberty Place won the who Deck The Town Christmas lighting contest for 2019.
The Christmas light display was chosen by a contest for the most “Likes” on the Main Street of HOPE Facebook page. And the winners were awarded a replica of the leg lamp from "A Christmas Story." The winners can keep the Leg Lamp until mid-January and then we will put the lamp back in storage until next year, and put the winners name and address on a commemorative plaque which will also travel with the lamp in the future.
All homes decorated for Christmas in the Hope town limits were considered. A list of 15 finalists were chosen by a committee and posted to the Main Street of HOPE Facebook page for voting.
