Carolyn S. Pike, 76, of Edinburgh
Carolyn S. Pike of Edinburgh, passed away on April 7, 2021 at her home. Carolyn was born April 26, 1944 in Queens, New York, the daughter of Kenneth and Mattie Anderson Frazee. She married Randy Pike on June 23, 1981, and he preceded her in death on December 2, 1994.
She is survived by her children, Sherry (Derek) Whitehead of Columbus, Indiana, Gary (Lisa) Hampton of Columbus, Indiana, Tyra (Jason) Taylor of Columbus, Indiana, and Nicole (Sally) Schaefer of Columbus, Indiana; her companion of 25 years, Bob Gregory of Edinburgh, and their fur-baby, Allee; grandchildren, Liza Blandford, Kate Barton, Carson Whitehead, Reece Whitehead, Justin Hampton, Lindsay (Kory) Noland, Sydney (Jeff) Hampton, David Morris, Cody Morris, Sawyer Moss, and Owen Gregory; step-grandchildren, Casey, Kara, Ben, Lindsey, and Paige; six great-grandchildren, Davin Morris, Waylen Noland, and Austin, Aubrey, Addison, and Bethany Hampton, nine step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Tom Frazee, Bruce Dailey, Glenda Sowders, Herschel Frazee, Nixola Frazee, Sharon Gohn, Karen Brown, Tracy Robertson, Mark Frazee, Tina Frazee, and Barbara Dolan; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and brothers, David Frazee, Steve Frazee, and Gary Dailey.
Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and traveling to the Smokey Mountains and to Florida. She retired from Caterpillar.
Cremation is planned. A memorial service was held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home with Reverend Chris Moon officiating.
