Shirley Ann Doty, 74, of Nashville

Shirley Ann Doty, 74, of Nashville, IN passed away Sunday November 21, 2021 at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Born March 9, 1947 in Columbus Shirley was the daughter of Roy Brown and Mary McClain Johnson.

She is survived by children, Artina (Tom) Henderson of Nashville, IN, Steven Doty Jr. of Glasgow, KY and Will Doty (Cyndi Acton) of Nashville, IN; grandchildren, Shay Doty (Brandon Sams), Tesla Doty, Vivian Doty, Kazondra (Brent) Johnson, Dakota Doty, Kendra Acton and Breeanna (Morgan) Groce; great grandchildren, Marley Doty, Ryan Sams, Victor Doty, Lennon Johnson, Linkk Doty, Emyrs Isbill, Eden Isbill, Nakiah Groce, Cierra Sams, Lincoln Johnson, Guinivierre Ripberger, Dean Sams, Locke Johnson, Landon and Rhianna Walley and Bentley and Aubrey Groce and Mariah Groce on the way; siblings, Gloria (Ernest) Quicksell, Roger Brown, Nellie Sullivan, Delilah Leffler, Tim (Diane) Brown, Yvonne (Randall) Leonard, David Brown, all of Columbus, Karen Brown of New Jersey and Doug (Barb) Brown of Kansas; sister in law, Rhonda Brown of Columbus and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation and services for Shirley were held at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Burial was at Azalia Methodist Cemetery.

Shirley enjoyed spending time with family, word search puzzles, Highlight Magazines and watching Horror Movies.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Anthony and Leroy Brown; grandchildren, Danielle Doty and Matthew Henderson; daughter in law, Christa Doty.
