Charles B. Stafford, 85, of Cincinnati
Charles B. Stafford (Grandpa Chuck) of Cincinnati passed away peacefully on August 31 at the age of 85 at West Chester Assisted Living and Memory Care.
His brothers Steve Stafford (Tish) and Mike Stafford (Carol), children Julie Knoop (Brian), Dave Stafford (Karla), Sara Everding (Daryl) and 4 grandchildren will miss him greatly. Chuck spent his early years in Hope and continued to have a strong attachment to his hometown throughout his lifetime.
A memorial gathering is set for Saturday, October 16 at the Moravian Outreach Center at the Hope Moravian Church 202 Main St, Hope, IN. Friends and family are welcome to gather for a light luncheon at noon followed by a program where everyone is invited to share stories.
A funeral service was held on Sept 10 at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection (LCR) 1950 Nagel Road Cincinnati OH 45255. Memorials to the Yellow Trail Museum or the Hawcreek-Flat Rock Area Endowment.
Things we wish for our dad: enjoy unlimited ice cream, shoot some hoops and run a few races in heaven … we will make sure the lawn is mowed and place a brick in your honor.
