Anne Noblitt, 60, Hope

By Jewell Rittman Family Funeral Home

Anne Noblitt, 60, of Hope, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg, Indiana. Anne courageously fought the ravages of early-onset Alzheimer’s disease for many years until her strength and determination could go no further. The staff at the Arbor Grove facility lovingly guided Anne home with compassionate care that exceeded all of the family’s expectations and we love those angels of mercy for it.

Anne was born April 3, 1962, in Indianapolis and has resided in the Bartholomew County area for most of her life. She married Grant Noblitt on September 22, 1984, and he survives. She was a member of the Rocky Ford Free Methodist Church and was formerly employed by Irwin Union Bank. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed family trips to Disney World.

Funeral services will be held at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Jane Noblitt officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Garland Brook Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Anne is survived by her husband, Grant; sons, Benjamin (Lindsey) Noblitt and Spencer (Nichell) Noblitt; brothers, Orland (Courtney) Marsh and Rick (Shellie) Marsh; sister, Lorie (John) Sears and 5 grandchildren, Drake, Connor, Jonah, Valerie and Gavin Noblitt.
