Wilda Jean Terrell, 95, Flat Rock

Wilda Jean Terrell, 95, of Flat Rock passed away on Saturday December 24, 2022, at Ashford Place Health Facility.

Born on August 26, 1928 in Paris Crossing, IN she was the daughter of William and Bessie Lewis Keith. She married Marshall Terrell on November 22, 1956 and he preceded her in death in May of 2008.

Wilda worked at the US Shoe Factory in Crothersville for over 40 years. She had also been employed at Mancinos for 10 years.

Wilda was a member of Cana United Methodist Church in Paris Crossing and had attended Flat Rock Christian Church.

She enjoyed word search, flower gardening and spending time with her family.

Wilda is survived by daughter, Anna (Mark) Weinantz of Flat Rock; grandchildren, Mason Weinantz of Greensburg, Addison (Anna) Weinantz of Indianapolis, Jamison Weinantz of Flat Rock and Libby Weinantz of Flat Rock; great grandchildren, Bailey, Marshall and Ellie Jean Weinantz and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Wilda will be on Tuesday January 3, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at Cana United Methodist Church, 8480 IN- 250, Paris Crossing, IN 47270 with Pastor Ed Benedict officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to service time at the church. Burial will be at Cana Cemetery.

Wilda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sisters, Mable Page, Mildred Hildregh and Laverne Barrett and brothers, Lewis and Willis Keith.
