Ann Herron Celebration of Life

A Celebration of Life for Ann Herron is scheduled for Saturday, April 15, at the Unitarian Universalist Church at 7850 West Goeller Blvd, west of Columbus. Ann died December 23, 2022 after a 32-months of treatment for a form of ovarian cancer.

Ann was the wife of Bud Herron, a Hope native who has been involved in various community service efforts in the area through the years. Their daughter, Rachel Herron, has assisted Flat Rock-Hawcreek schools in recent years in her role with Earlywood Developmental Services, based in Franklin. Their son, Wes, is senior graphic designer for a group of magazines based in Louisville.

The Celebration of Life will begin at 1 p.m. with a time of visiting the family. A service will follow at 2:30 p.m. After the service, Ann’s April 14 birthday will be commemorated with a cake and ice cream party and open microphone music and activities in a tent behind the church.

Dress is casual/comfortable.
