Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hope's Plan Commission will meet in regular session on Monday, May 20th, 2024, at 7 p.m. at the Hope Town Hall 404 Jackson Street, Hope, Indiana 47246
Minor Plat (MIP)2024-01: Pat McQueen owns the property at 343 Washington Street which currently has two commercial buildings on it. Mr. McQueen is wanting to subdivide the property into 2 separate properties.
AdSub 2024-01: Russell Burton owns properties 535 Seminary St. and 0 Maple St. (old wellhouse property) would like to merge the 2 properties and move a sewer easement.
AdSub 2024-02 Christian Caldwell properties 224 and 304 Union St. Would like to combine both lots into one lot.
The public is welcome to attend to speak either for or against the petitions. If you wish to comment on these projects but cannot attend the meeting, please submit your comments in writing to Building and Zoning Administrator, 404 Jackson Street, Hope, In 47246. A copy of the petitions are available for review prior to the meeting.
