Notice of Public Hearing on Petition for Disannexation 03/06

Notice is hereby given that Petitioners, David W. Ellis and Kelly J. Ellis and John D. Harker and Barbara R. Harker, have filed a Petition before the Town Council of the Town of Hope, Indiana for the disannexation of the following described tracts of real property that are presently located in the corporate limits of the Town of Hope, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
David W. Ellis and Kelly J. Ellis Property: Parcel No. 03-07-21-210-000.101-014, Lot 8A, Hope Industrial Park Fourth Minor Replat, consisting of approximately 1.18 acres and commonly known as 15241 E. Jackson Street, Hope, Indiana 47246.
John D. Harker and Barbara R. Harker Property: Parcel No. 03-07-21-210-000.100-014, used and/or zoned as agricultural, a party of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 10 North Range 7 East, consisting of approximately 33.78 acres and commonly known as Jackson Street, Hope, Indiana 47246.
Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the above described Petition at the special Town Council meeting scheduled for March 6, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. (local time), to be held at the Town Hall, located at 404 Jackson Street, Hope, Indiana 47246.
A complete copy of the Petition for Disannexation is on file and may be viewed in the Town Clerk's office during regular business hours.
