Debbie Ann Metcalf Dolan, 69, Shelbyville

Debbie Ann Metcalf Dolan, 69, of Shelbyville passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Born on December 23, 1954, in Greenfield, Debbie was the daughter of Orvil Preston and Estella McKenney Metcalf. She married Herschel Frazee. She then married Bill Lisby and he preceded her in death in 1995. She was then married to William “Jim” Dolan.
Debbie had been employed at Walmart and Dollar General as a sales associate.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Brad Frazee of Hope, Brian (Andrea) Frazee of Hope, Billy (Blair) Lisby of Hope, and Tomeka Keppel (Tim Turner) of Shelbyville; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one granddog, Sarge; siblings, Mark Metcalf of Hope and Dena (Don) Butler of Loogootee, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; grandson, Trevor Frazee; brother, Randy Metcalf; and sister, Jessie Caldwell.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 13 at 7 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Pastor Dennis Chasteen and Max Southern will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will follow services.
