WindRose Health Network Honored with Multiple 2024 HRSA Awards for Excellence in Health Center Quality

Greenwood, Ind. – WindRose Health Network (WHN) is proud to announce that it has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) with multiple prestigious awards for 2024. WHN has been designated as a Gold Health Center Quality Leader, an Access Enhancer, a Health Disparities Reducer and an Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality awardee.
These awards underscore WHN’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care and improving health outcomes for the communities it serves. The Gold Health Center Quality Leader designation places WHN among the top 10% of health centers nationwide that have achieved the highest levels of clinical quality performance. The Access Enhancer award acknowledges WHN’s success in increasing the number of patients accessing comprehensive primary care. The Health Disparities Reducer designation highlights WHN’s efforts in addressing and reducing disparities in health outcomes, and the Advancing HIT for Quality award reflects the network’s dedication to utilizing advanced technology to enhance the quality of care.
