@ Southwestern – The Boys Tennis Team traveled to Southwestern on Tuesday night for a conference match and came out with a hard fought 4-1 win. The Boys moved its record to 4-2; 1-0 in conference. #1 singles Hunter Pappano beat Kyle Beck 6-4, 5-7, 7-5. #2 singles Kameron Blair defeated James Oliver 6-2, 6-4. #3 singles Colten Hatton beat Kentley Gosser 6-0, 6-0. #2 doubles Jayden Blair and RJ Foster beat David Colston and Caleb McDonald 6-1, 6-1. #1 doubles Jentzen Bechtel and Joel Bechtel fell to Jackson Burcham and Chris Cecil 4-6, 7-5, 7-10. The boys will host Indian Creek on Thursday with Tennis starting at 4:30 p.m.
v. Indian Creek – The Boys Tennis Team fell to Indian Creek on Thursday night 4-1. #1 doubles Jentzen Bechtel and Joel Bechtel defeated Trevor Cravens and Mason Frische 6-6 (10-7), 5-7, 10-8 in the match of the night. #1 singles Hunter Pappano fell to Grant Dalton 0-6, 0-6. #2 singles Kameron Blair lost to Nick Winters 6-3, 2-6, 8-10. #3 singles Colten Hatton lost to Grayson Taylor 3-6, 0-6. #2 doubles Jayden Blair and RJ Foster fell to AJ Emenhiser and Aaron Hickson 1-6, 2-6. The team moved it overall record to 4-3 and will travel to Austin on Monday.
In JV action #2 doubles duo of Ben Wiwi and Curtis Kilps won 6-3, and #3 doubles Colin Bruner and Jackson Bell won 7-5. Also, for JV singles matches: Rylan Sessions fell 1-8. Jacob Bell went 7-9, Aiden Reel 0-8, and Grayson Gomez went 0-6. Graydon Kilps and Brady Miller lost 0-8 in their doubles match.
