He was affectionately known as Big Shot by his grandchildren, children and many others leaving behind a legacy of joy, kindness and generosity. He was born on September 16, 1953, in Columbus, Indiana, to Virgil Ray and Flora Bingham Henry.

He loved his career and took great pride in being a fair and compassionate boss who delighted in seeing his workers succeed.

Mike’s life was much more than his professional achievements, as could be seen in his unwavering devotion to his wife, Sandra S. Selby Henry. In their 47 years of marriage, he was a loving father to three children and eight grandchildren who were the light of his life. Hunter Ray (Donna) Henry, Brandon Michael (Kayla Jo) Henry, and Hayley Jean (Tim) Cox, all of Columbus. Grandchildren: Hayden, Scarlett, Harper, Titus, Colt, Oliver, Remi, and Saylor.
