My mom’s name was Dorothy.
She was nice.
She loved me.
I loved her.
Mom cleaned houses and worked at a nursing home to help me.
Me and mom use to work together.
Mom liked music.
Mom was funny.
We had fun together.
Mom was born January 25th.
Mom kept our house clean.
Me and mom liked to go places together.
Mom liked to decorate for the holidays.
Mom liked to eat hamburgers.
She liked to eat at Chili’s and go to Dairy Queen.
She liked to shop at Walmart.
We liked to walk together.
I loved my mom.
I miss her.

Dorothy Fern Moffitt, of Columbus, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg.
Born on January 25, 1943 in Columbus, Dorothy was the daughter of William Henry and Lottie Edith Sprague Hollman. Dorothy worked as a housekeeper at Columbus Health and Rehab and cleaned homes.
In previous years, Dorothy enjoyed going on shopping trips with her sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Moffitt; sister, Bessie Hollman; and several nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Kenneth Hollman, Betty Hollman, Anna Ault, Opal Reece, Ralph Hollman, Charles Hollman, Roy Hollman, Gladys Reece, and Ed Hollman.
No services will be held.
