Rockin' Rides Return with First Friday's 2025 Cruise-in Season 05/02
The atmosphere in downtown Hope is abuzz with anticipation for the return of First Friday’s Cruise-in season beginning at 5 p.m. Friday on the Hope Town Square downtown.
Not only is this set to be a fabulous kickoff to what’s anticipated to be the best season yet, but this month’s proceeds will benefit local journalism!
That’s right, your hometown nonprofit news source HSJ Online is this month’s featured nonprofit organization.
Friday’s inaugural of the 2025 season welcomes cars, trucks, and motorcycles of all makes and models to participate. Dash plaques will be offered at the red registration tent with each $10 donation/entry.
An electric performance by The Keith Swinney Band, who has opened for several iconic country stars, including the late Toby Keith, Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney, and Merle Haggard, will provide a genuinely rockin' country-feelin’ soundtrack for the evening's three-hour long event.
Enthusiasts who are planning to show off their hot rods and slick rides are asked to begin gathering on the Square at 4:30 p.m. ahead of the event’s start.
These cruise-in events are made possible with collaboration from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs, Elwood Staffing, Main Street of Hope, and Indiana Main Street.
