Hanz Martin Wiedersatz, 49, Columbus

Hanz Martin Wiedersatz passed away August, 3 2025.
He was born December 15, 1975 to Marty Wiedersatz (deceased) and Teresa Wiedersatz.
He is survived by his loving children Hagan Wiedersatz, an active airman stationed at Spandahlem Air Base in Germany, Kira Wiedersatz of Shelbyville, brother Nicholas Wiedersatz of Sugar Grove, OH, and mother.
Hanz graduated in 1994 from Hauser High School where he was recognized as the outstanding Welder of the Year from the C4 Program of BCSC. He furthered his education at Vincennes University graduating in 1997. He was a member of the Delta Gamma Lota fraternity while attending Vincennes.
Hanz started his career with his father in the heating and air conditioning business. He got to put his welding skills to use becoming a skilled pipe fitter and proud member of the Plumbers, Steamfitters and HVACR Service Technicians Local Union 440.
Hanz really enjoyed boating, water and snow skiing and anything having to do with the great outdoors.
All family and friends are invited to share a Celebration of Life from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 22 at the Elks Club, located at 4664 Ray Boll Blvd, in Columbus.
