Donald L. Garland was born on January 21, 1955 in Indianapolis and attended Warren Central Schools. He was a cabinet maker and designed art for motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Roberta Garland; his wife, Deb Garland; and his brothers, Samuel Garland and Ronald Garland.
Survivors include his brother, Terry Garland; his sisters, Juanita Hayes and Zondra Miller; and his children, Matthew Garland, Danielle Garland, and Kimberly Ayro.
Donald will be cremated and laid to rest at Vevay Cemetery.
A private graveside service will be held in the summer of 2026.
